Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2002-ci il 28 yanvar tarixli 665 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 1, maddə 48; 2003, № 8, maddə 441; 2004, № 8, maddə 613; 2005, № 3, maddə 172; 2009, № 6, maddə 419) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Dövlət orqanlarında dövlət qulluqçusuna dövlət qulluğunda qulluq stajına görə əlavə haqqın məbləğlərinin müəyyənləşdirilməsi Qaydaları”nın 6-cı hissəsində “əmək haqqı fondunun (vəzifə maaşına əlavələr istisna olunmaqla)” sözləri “vəzifə maaşının” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
