“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 8, maddə 1669; 2019, № 1, maddə 35, № 3, maddə 381, № 12, maddə 1892; 2020, № 1, maddə 1, № 5, maddə 521, № 7, maddə 831, № 9, maddə 1136) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 1.1.22-ci maddəyə “uşaqlar,” sözündən sonra “şəhid ailəsinin üzvləri,” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
2. 20.3-cü maddəyə “şəxslər” sözündən sonra “, habelə şəhid ailəsinin üzvləri” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
3. 24.9-cu və 25.5-ci maddələrə “uşaqlara,” sözündən sonra “şəhid ailəsinin üzvlərinə,” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
