Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Babək Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi D.Y.Səfərovun vəzifəsinin dəyişdirilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Məhkəmə-Hüquq Şurasının təklifini nəzərə alaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 9-cu və 32-ci bəndlərini, habelə “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 94-cü maddəsini və 97-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Daşqın Yaqub oğlu Səfərov Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Babək Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi vəzifəsindən azad edilərək Naxçıvan Muxtar Respublikası Şahbuz Rayon Məhkəməsinin hakimi və sədri təyin edilsin.
2. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
