“Avtomobil nəqliyyatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:“Avtomobil nəqliyyatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2008, № 7, maddə 599; 2010, № 4, maddə 276, № 10, maddə 841; 2013, № 11, maddə 1302; 2014, № 4, maddə 342; 2015, № 8, maddə 903, № 12, maddə 1439; 2016, № 2 (II kitab), maddə 221; 2017, № 2, maddə 140, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 2211; 2018, № 1, maddə 22, № 12 (I kitab), maddələr 2510, 2517; 2019, № 3, maddə 374, № 8, maddə 1379; 2020, №6, maddə 663) 27-ci maddəsində aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. adında “Sərnişin avtomobil nəqliyyatı” sözləri “Avtonəqliyyat” sözü ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. 27.3-cü maddənin birinci cümləsindən “beynəlxalq və” sözləri çıxarılsın.
