Azərbaycan Respublikasında 2021-ci il üçün ehtiyac meyarının həddi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Maddə 1. Ehtiyac meyarının həddi
Ünvanlı dövlət sosial yardımının təyin edilməsi məqsədilə 2021-ci il üçün ehtiyac meyarının həddi 170 manat məbləğində təsdiq edilsin.
Maddə 2. Qanunun qüvvəyə minməsi
Bu Qanun 2021-ci il yanvarın 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
