“Büdcə sistemi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 15-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Maddə 1. “Büdcə sistemi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2002, № 10, maddə 584; 2003, № 6, maddə 267; 2004, № 12, maddə 979; 2005, № 5, maddə 393, № 12, maddə 1083; 2006, № 2, maddə 67, № 3, maddə 225, № 12, maddə 1012; 2007, № 12, maddə 1202; 2008, № 12, maddə 1049; 2009, № 6, maddə 395, № 7, maddə 505; 2012, № 6, maddə 528; 2014, № 8, maddə 958; 2016, № 11, maddə 1777; 2017, № 1, maddələr 18, 32; 2018, № 8, maddə 1671, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 2500; 2019, № 8, maddə 1365, № 11, maddə 1688) 11-1.2.3-cü maddəsində hər iki halda “sosial təminatı və müdafiəni həyata keçirən müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının müəyyən etdiyi orqanın (qurumun)” sözləri “dövlət sosial müdafiə fondunun” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
Maddə 2. Bu Qanun 2021-ci il yanvarın 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
