“Mediasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu və 12-ci bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Mediasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2019, № 4, maddə 597; 2020, № 6, maddə 683, № 7, maddə 856) 39-cu maddəsində “yanvarın 1-dən” sözləri “iyulun 1-dən” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
