“Əmanətlərin tam sığortalanması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 27-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Əmanətlərin tam sığortalanması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2016, № 3, maddə 395; 2019, № 1, maddə 31, № 2, maddə 204; 2020, № 4, maddə 385) 3-cü maddəsində “4 (dörd) il 9 (doqquz) ay müddətində” sözləri “2021-ci il 5 aprel tarixinədək” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
