Указ Президента Азербайджанской Республики
Об отмене военного положения
Руководствуясь пунктом 29 статьи 109 и статьей 111 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, на основании статей 6 и 8 Закона Азербайджанской Республики «О военном положении» постановляю:
1.12 декабря 2020 года с 00:00 часов отменить военное положение, объявленное Указом Президента Азербайджанской Республики «Об объявлении военного положения» от 27 сентября 2020 года номер 1166 на всей территории Азербайджанской Республики.
2.Направить настоящий Указ в Милли Меджлис Азербайджанской Республики для утверждения.
3.Министерству иностранных дел Азербайджанской Республики обеспечить осуществление задач, вытекающих из статьи 25 Закона Азербайджанской Республики «О военном положении».
