“Peşə təhsili haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 1-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Peşə təhsili haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 6, maddə 1152; 2019, № 5, maddə 799, № 6, maddə 986, № 11, maddə 1685; 2020, № 5, maddələr 508, 514, № 7, maddələr 831, 851) 1.0.9-cu maddəsində “səriştələrə, bacarıqlara” sözləri “bilik, bacarıq, səriştə və təcrübəyə” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
