“Azərbaycan Respublikasında məişət zorakılığı ilə mübarizəyə dair 2020–2023-cü illər üçün Milli Fəaliyyət Planı”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 3-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikasında məişət zorakılığı ilə mübarizəyə dair 2020–2023-cü illər üçün Milli Fəaliyyət Planı” təsdiq edilsin (əlavə olunur).
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Ailə, Qadın və Uşaq Problemləri üzrə Dövlət Komitəsi:
2.1. bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsi ilə təsdiq edilən Milli Fəaliyyət Planında nəzərdə tutulmuş tədbirlərin icrasını əlaqələndirsin;
2.2. həmin Milli Fəaliyyət Planında nəzərdə tutulmuş tədbirlərin icrasının gedişi barədə ildə bir dəfə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidentinə məlumat versin.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn digər məsələləri həll etsin.
