Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2011-ci il 3 mart tarixli 391 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2011, № 3, maddə 172; 2012, № 2, maddə 68, № 5, maddə 426, № 9, maddə 851, № 12, maddə 1248; 2013, № 9, maddə 1063; 2014, № 9, maddə 1033; 2016, № 2 (II kitab), maddə 236; 2017, № 3, maddə 383, № 10, maddə 1782, № 11, maddə 2022; 2018, № 5, maddə 971; 2019, № 3, maddə 395; 2020, № 1, maddə 12; Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2020-ci il 29 oktyabr tarixli 1168 nömrəli Fərmanı) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Xidməti pasport almaq hüququ olan vəzifəli şəxslərin siyahısı”nın 2.3-cü bəndindən “, Hasilat Sənayesində Şəffaflıq üzrə Komissiyanın Katibliyinin” sözləri çıxarılsın.
