Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin Qərarı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin 8-ci bəndinə və 111-ci maddəsinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
“Hərbi vəziyyət elan edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2020-ci il 27 sentyabr tarixli 1166 nömrəli Fərmanı təsdiq edilsin.
