“Mediasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu və 12-ci bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Mediasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2019, № 4, maddə 597) 39-cu maddəsində “2020-ci il iyulun 1-dən” sözləri “2021-ci il yanvarın 1-dən” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
