Gəncə şəhərində İdman Sarayının tikintisi ilə bağlı əlavə tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Gəncə şəhərində İdman Sarayının tikintisi işlərinin davam etdirilməsi məqsədilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2020-ci il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Gəncə Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinə 3,0 (üç) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
