“Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisi deputatının statusu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 3-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisi deputatının statusu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1997, № 2, maddə 106; 2001, № 12, maddə 731; 2002, № 1, maddə 4; 2004, № 8, maddə 606, № 9, maddə 666; 2007, № 3, maddə 206, № 6, maddələr 560, 598, № 11, maddə 1078; 2008, № 8, maddə 699, № 11, maddə 960; 2009, № 6, maddə 395; 2010, № 4, maddə 276; 2013, № 12, maddə 1497; 2018, № 3, maddə 399, № 5, maddə 886, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 2481; 2019, № 7, maddə 1194) 4-cü maddəsinə aşağıdakı məzmunda ikinci hissə əlavə edilsin:
“Karantin rejiminin tətbiqi ilə əlaqədar ölkə ərazisində sərbəst hərəkətə qoyulan məhdudiyyətlər deputata, onun şəxsi və xidməti nəqliyyat vasitələrinə şamil edilmir.”.
