“Tibbi sığorta haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 27-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Tibbi sığorta haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2000, № 1, maddə 4; 2001, № 3, maddə 141; 2007, № 12, maddə 1212; 2008, № 11, maddə 960; 2014, № 4, maddə 331; 2015, № 4, maddə 352; 2016, № 3, maddə 419; 2018, № 4, maddə 651; 2019, № 1, maddələr 36, 47, № 12, maddə 1904) 16-4-cü maddəsində aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 16-4.1-ci maddədə “2020” rəqəmi “2021” rəqəmi ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. 16-4.3-cü maddənin birinci cümləsində “2021” rəqəmi “2022” rəqəmi ilə əvəz edilsin.
3. 16-4.4-cü maddədə “2020-ci il aprelin 1-dən” sözləri “2021-ci il yanvarın 1-dən” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
4. 16-4.5-ci maddədə “2023” rəqəmi “2024” rəqəmi ilə əvəz edilsin.
