Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 1998-ci il 29 dekabr tarixli 51 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1998, № 12, maddə 765; 2009, № 6, maddə 423) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “20 Yanvar şəhidi” fəxri adı haqqında Əsasnamə”nin 5-ci hissəsinin birinci bəndinə “haqqında” sözündən sonra “bu Əsasnamənin əlavəsində müəyyən olunmuş formada” sözləri əlavə edilsin və həmin hissənin ikinci bəndi ləğv edilsin.
