Распоряжение Президента Азербайджанской Республики
Об увольнении в отставку с действительной военной службы ряда высших офицеров Государственной пограничной службы Азербайджанской Республики
Руководствуясь пунктом 32 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, согласно статьям 40.1 и 42.0.1 Закона Азербайджанской Республики «О военной обязанности и военной службе», второй части статьи 164 Положения «О прохождении военной службы», постановляю:
1. Уволить в отставку с действительной военной службы в Вооруженных силах Азербайджанской Республики с правом ношения военной формы следующих высших офицеров:
генерал-лейтенанта Джебраилова Асифа Микаил оглу
генерал-лейтенанта Халилова Аскера Сабир оглу
генерал-лейтенанта Тагизаде Фархада Сабир оглу
2.Настоящее Распоряжение вступает в силу со дня подписания.
