Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Sərhəd Xidmətinin bir sıra ali zabitlərinin həqiqi hərbi xidmətdən istefaya buraxılması haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Hərbi vəzifə və hərbi xidmət haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 40.1-ci və 42.0.1-ci maddələrinə, “Hərbi xidmətkeçmə haqqında” Əsasnamənin 164-cü maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinə əsasən qərara alıram:1. Aşağıdakı ali zabitlər hərbi geyim formasını daşımaq hüququ verilməklə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Silahlı Qüvvələrində həqiqi hərbi xidmətdən istefaya buraxılsınlar:
general-leytenant Cəbrayılov Asif Mikayıl oğlu
general-leytenant Xəlilov Əsgər Sabir oğlu
general-leytenant Tağı-zadə Fərhad Sabir oğlu.
2. Bu Sərəncam imzalandığı gündən qüvvəyə minir.
