“Dövlət adından yaradılan publik hüquqi şəxslərə dövlət büdcəsi hesabına məqsədli vəsaitlərin ödənilməsi Qaydası”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. “Dövlət adından yaradılan publik hüquqi şəxslərə dövlət büdcəsi hesabına məqsədli vəsaitlərin ödənilməsi Qaydası” təsdiq edilsin (əlavə olunur).
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti dövlət adından yaradılan publik hüquqi şəxslərə dövlət büdcəsi hesabına məqsədli vəsaitlərin ödənilməsi üzrə müqavilənin nümunəvi formasını 15 gün müddətində müəyyən edərək Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidentinə məlumat versin.
3. Bu Fərmanın 1-ci hissəsi 2020-ci il yanvarın 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
