“Azərbaycan Respublikası Hökuməti ilə Vyetnam Sosialist Respublikası Hökuməti arasında iqtisadi, ticarət, elmi və texniki əməkdaşlıq haqqında” Sazişin təsdiq edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 17-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1.“Azərbaycan Respublikası Hökuməti ilə Vyetnam Sosialist Respublikası Hökuməti arasında iqtisadi, ticarət, elmi və texniki əməkdaşlıq haqqında” 2014-cü il mayın 19-da Hanoy şəhərində imzalanmış Saziş təsdiq edilsin.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Fərmanın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən Sazişin müddəalarının həyata keçirilməsi üçün tədbirlər görsün.
3. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Xarici İşlər Nazirliyi həmin Sazişin qüvvəyə minməsi üçün zəruri olan dövlətdaxili prosedurların yerinə yetirildiyi barədə Vyetnam Sosialist Respublikası Hökumətini xəbərdar etsin.
