Azərbaycan Respublikasında 2020-ci il üçün yaşayış minimumu haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
Maddə 1. Əhalinin əsas sosial-demoqrafik qrupları üzrə yaşayış minimumunun məbləği
2020-ci il üçün yaşayış minimumu ölkə üzrə 190 manat, əmək qabiliyyətli əhali üçün 201 manat, pensiyaçılar üçün 157 manat, uşaqlar üçün 170 manat məbləğində müəyyən edilsin.
Maddə 2. Qanunun qüvvəyə minməsi
Bu Qanun 2020-ci il yanvarın 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
