“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 16-cı bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Məşğulluq haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 8, maddə 1669; 2019, № 1, maddə 35, № 3, maddə 381) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1.1. 1.1.21-ci maddədən “ən azı 3 (üç) ay əvvəl” sözləri çıxarılsın;
1.2. 25.6-cı maddədə “5 faizindən” sözləri “20 faizindən, lakin hər bir işəgötürən üzrə 10 sosial iş yerindən” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin;
1.3. 25.7-ci maddədə “digər iş yerləri üzrə” sözləri “eyni vəzifə (peşə) üzrə digər iş yerlərindəki” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
