Sumqayıt şəhərinin 70 illiyi münasibətilə və şəhərin sosial-iqtisadi inkişafında xidmətlərinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslər “Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin fəxri diplomu” ilə təltif edilsin:
