R.A.Qasımovun Azərbaycan Respublikası Mərkəzi Seçki Komissiyasının üzvü təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin Qərarı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Seçki Məcəlləsinin 24-cü maddəsinə əsasən, Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisində heç bir siyasi partiyaya mənsub olmayan (müstəqil) deputatların təqdimatını nəzərə alaraq, “Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinə əlavələr edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiya Qanununun I hissəsinin 1-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
Rövzət Afət oğlu Qasımov Azərbaycan Respublikası Mərkəzi Seçki Komissiyasının üzvü təyin edilsin.
