Azərbaycan Respublikasının Mənzil Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 11-ci və 13-cü bəndlərini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Mənzil Məcəlləsinə (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2009, № 8, maddə 612; 2011, № 12, maddə 1108; 2012, № 6, maddə 501; 2017, № 5, maddə 732, № 7, maddə 1298, № 11, maddə 2190; 2019, № 1, maddə 14, № 3, maddə 368; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2019-cu il 3 may tarixli 1584-VQD nömrəli Qanunu) aşağıdakı məzmunda 146.4-cü maddə əlavə edilsin:
“146.4. Dövlət mənzil fondunun bu Məcəllənin 146.1-ci maddəsinə aid edilməyən yaşayış sahələrinin müvafiq icra hakimiyyəti orqanının müəyyən etdiyi hallarda özəlləşdirilməsinə yol verilir.”.
