“Hesablama Palatası haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin 1-ci hissəsinin 15-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Hesablama Palatası haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununda (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 9, maddə 1820; 2019, № 1, maddə 42; Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2019-cu il 29 mart tarixli 1543-VQD nömrəli Qanunu) aşağıdakı dəyişikliklər edilsin:
1. 6.0.2-ci və 7.0.1-ci maddələrdə “həddi də” sözləri “həddi və Azərbaycan Respublikasının Vergi Məcəlləsində nəzərdə tutulmuş güzəşt və azadolmalar da” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. 8.0.13-cü maddə ləğv edilsin.
