“Transsərhəd kontekstində ətraf mühitə təsirin qiymətləndirilməsi haqqında Konvensiya”ya I və II Düzəlişlərin təsdiq edilməsi barədə

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 4-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Transsərhəd kontekstində ətraf mühitə təsirin qiymətləndirilməsi haqqında Konvensiya”ya 2001-ci il 27 fevral tarixli I Düzəliş və 2004-cü il 4 iyun tarixli II Düzəliş təsdiq edilsin.
