Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2000-ci il 29 dekabr tarixli 434 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2000, № 12, maddə 846; 2003, № 2, maddə 81; 2005, № 3, maddə 160; 2008, № 7, maddə 615; 2011, № 7, maddələr 636, 640, № 10, maddə 904; 2013, № 6, maddə 644; 2014, № 12, maddə 1581; 2017, № 6, maddə 1077; 2018, № 5, maddə 909) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət Neft Fondu haqqında Əsasnamə”nin 5.3-cü bəndinin səkkizinci abzasında “aprel” sözü “iyun” sözü ilə əvəz edilsin.
