“Sahibkarlıq sahəsində aparılan yoxlamaların dayandırılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 1-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Sahibkarlıq sahəsində aparılan yoxlamaların dayandırılması haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2015, № 10, maddə 1109; 2017, № 11, maddə 1973; 2018, № 11, maddə 2232, № 12 (I kitab), maddə 2520; 2019, № 2, maddə 202) 2.1-ci maddəsinə “ilə bağlı yoxlamalar,” sözlərindən sonra “yanğın nəzarəti, tikintiyə dövlət nəzarəti, təhlükə potensiallı obyektlərin və dağ-mədən sahələrinin təhlükəsiz istismarına nəzarət və radiasiya təhlükəsizliyinə nəzarət sahəsində yoxlamalar,” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
