Gəncə şəhəri ərazisində Gəncəçay çayı üzərində körpülərin bərpası ilə bağlı tədbirlər haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Gəncə şəhərinin Şah İsmayıl Xətai və Nizami Gəncəvi prospektlərinin, Museyib Bağırov, Mirzə Abbas Abbaszadə və Əlövsət Məmmədov küçələrinin Gəncəçay çayı ilə kəsişməsində yerləşən və qəzalı vəziyyətdə olan 5 körpünün bərpası məqsədilə Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2019-cu il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Azərbaycan Avtomobil Yolları Dövlət Agentliyinə 6,4 milyon (altı milyon dörd yüz min) manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
