“Telekommunikasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Telekommunikasiya haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununa (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2005, № 8, maddə 685; 2006, № 11, maddə 932; 2007, № 5, maddə 442, № 11, maddə 1053; 2016, № 6, maddə 969, № 12, maddə 1989; 2017, № 3, maddə 346; № 6, maddələr 1024, 1046, № 7, maddə 1266, № 12, I kitab, maddə 2255; 2018, № 6, maddə 1161) aşağıdakı məzmunda 33.1.9-3-cü maddə əlavə edilsin:
“33.1.9-3. operator və ya provayderin telekommunikasiya şəbəkəsinə qoşulmaqla təşkil edilən qanunsuz beynəlxalq telekommunikasiya xidmətlərinin qarşısının alınması üçün texniki vasitələrdən, avadanlıqlardan və ya proqram təminatından istifadə etməklə tədbirlər görmək;”.
