“Neft və qaz gəlirlərinin idarə olunması üzrə uzunmüddətli strategiya”nın təsdiq edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2004-cü il 27 sentyabr tarixli 128 nömrəli Fərmanının ləğvi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Büdcə qaydasına uyğun icmal büdcə xərclərinin yuxarı həddinin hesablanması Qaydası”nın təsdiq edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 18 dekabr tarixli 411 nömrəli Fərmanının 2.1-ci bəndinin icrasını təmin etmək məqsədi ilə qərara alıram:
“Neft və qaz gəlirlərinin idarə olunması üzrə uzunmüddətli strategiya”nın təsdiq edilməsi barədə” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2004-cü il 27 sentyabr tarixli 128 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2004, № 9, maddə 682) ləğv edilsin.
