“Azərbaycan Respublikasında dövlət daktiloskopik və genom qeydiyyatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 20-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Azərbaycan Respublikasında dövlət daktiloskopik və genom qeydiyyatı haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2018, № 8, maddə 1670) 7.1.1-ci maddəsinə “ümumvətəndaş” sözündən əvvəl “şəxsiyyət vəsiqəsi, habelə” sözləri əlavə edilsin.
