Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Azərbaycan Respublikasının Cinayət Məcəlləsində dəyişiklik edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2018-ci il 12 oktyabr tarixli 1272-VQD nömrəli Qanununun icrası ilə əlaqədar qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2012-ci il 24 aprel tarixli 613 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2012, № 4, maddə 292; 2017, № 1, maddə 50; 2018, № 9, maddə 1840, № 11, maddə 2263) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Aviasiya təhlükəsizliyinin təmin edilməsi Qaydaları”nda dəyişiklik” təsdiq edilsin.
