Gəncə şəhərində abadlıq-quruculuq işlərinin davam etdirilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Sərəncamı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
1. Gəncə şəhərində abadlıq-quruculuq işlərinin davam etdirilməsi üçün Azərbaycan Respublikasının 2019-cu il dövlət büdcəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin ehtiyat fondundan Gəncə Şəhər İcra Hakimiyyətinə 11,0 (on bir) milyon manat, o cümlədən küçələrin əsaslı təmiri üçün 4,0 (dörd) milyon manat, işıqlandırma sistemlərinin yenilənməsi üçün 1,0 (bir) milyon manat, əhaliyə kommunal xidmətlər göstərilməsi sahəsində istifadə olunan maşın və mexanizmlərin alınması üçün 6,0 (altı) milyon manat ayrılsın.
2. Azərbaycan Respublikasının Maliyyə Nazirliyi bu Sərəncamın 1-ci hissəsində göstərilən məbləğdə maliyyələşməni təmin etsin.
