Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikasında təhsil sahəsində ən yüksək nəticələr əldə etmiş tələbələrə dövlət qayğısını gücləndirmək məqsədilə qərara alıram:
1. “Azərbaycan Respublikasının ali məktəb tələbələri üçün Prezident təqaüdünün təsis edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2001-ci il 3 sentyabr tarixli 564 nömrəli Fərmanının (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2001, № 9, maddə 579; 2004, № 9, maddə 684; 2006, № 12, maddə 1056; 2008, № 9, maddə 796; 2013, № 9, maddə 1049; 2018, № 5, maddə 935) 1-ci hissəsində “185 (yüz səksən beş)” sözləri “210 (iki yüz on)” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
2. Bu Fərman 2019-cu il martın 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
