Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 23-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
2 fevral – Azərbaycan Gəncləri Günü münasibətilə və dövlət gənclər siyasətinin həyata keçirilməsində, gənclər hərəkatının formalaşmasında səmərəli fəaliyyətinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslər təltif edilsinlər:
3-cü dərəcəli “Vətənə xidmətə görə” ordeni ilə
