Указ Президента Азербайджанской Республики
О повышении пенсии Президента Азербайджанской Республики для семьи шехида
Руководствуясь пунктом 32 статьи 109 Конституции Азербайджанской Республики, в целях усиления социальной защиты семьи шехида и повышения государственной заботы о них постановляю:
1.С 1 февраля 2019 года повысить ежемесячный размер пенсии Президента Азербайджанской Республики для семьи шехида и установить ее в размере 300 манатов.
2. В части 1 Указа Президента Азербайджанской Республики «Об учреждении «Пенсии Президента Азербайджанской Республики для семьи шехида» от 19 декабря 2006 года номер 493 (Собрание законодательства Азербайджанской Республики, 2006, № 12, статья 1040; 2010, № 9, статья 771; 2011, № 12, статья 1139; 2013, № 8, статья 896; 2016, № 1, статья 64; 2018, № 5, статья 936) слова «242 (двести сорок два)» заменить словами «300 (триста)».
3.Кабинету Министров Азербайджанской Республики решить вопросы, вытекающие из настоящего Указа.
