Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
Su təsərrüfatı və meliorasiya sahəsində səmərəli fəaliyyətinə görə aşağıdakı şəxslərə “Əməkdar mühəndis” fəxri adı verilsin:

Ələkbərov Adışirin Balaşirin oğlu
Əsədov Məmməd Yəhya oğlu
Həsənov Vəli Şamil oğlu
