Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 3-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alıram:
“Narkotik vasitələrin, psixotrop maddələrin və onların prekursorlarının qanunsuz dövriyyəsinə və narkomanlığa qarşı mübarizəyə dair 2013-2018-ci illər üçün Dövlət Proqramı” təsdiq edilsin.
Bu Sərəncamla təsdiq edilən Dövlət Proqramının həyata keçirilməsinə nəzarət və onun icrası zamanı işlərin müvafiq orqanlarla əlaqələndirilməsi Narkomanlığa və Narkotik Vasitələrin Qanunsuz Dövriyyəsinə Qarşı Mübarizə üzrə Dövlət Komissiyasına həvalə edilsin.
Narkomanlığa və Narkotik Vasitələrin Qanunsuz Dövriyyəsinə Qarşı Mübarizə üzrə Dövlət Komissiyasına tapşırılsın ki, bu Sərəncamla təsdiq edilən Dövlət Proqramının icrası sahəsində görülən işlər barədə ildə bir dəfə Azərbaycan Respublikasının Prezidentinə məlumat təqdim etsin.
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Nazirlər Kabineti bu Sərəncamdan irəli gələn məsələləri həll etsin.
