“Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisi deputatının statusu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 3-cü bəndinə uyğun olaraq qərara alır:
Maddə 1. “Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisi deputatının statusu haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu 1997, № 2, maddə 106; 2001, № 12, maddə 731; 2002, № 1, maddə 4; 2004, № 8, maddə 606, № 9, maddə 666; 2007, № 3, maddə 206, № 6, maddələr 560, 598, № 11, maddə 1078; 2008, № 8, maddə 699, № 11, maddə 960; 2009, № 6, maddə 395; 2010, № 4, maddə 276) 21-ci maddəsinin üçüncü hissəsində “1950” rəqəmləri “2250” rəqəmləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
Maddə 2. Bu Qanunun 1-ci maddəsində nəzərdə tutulmuş dəyişiklik 2013-cü il dekabrın 1-dən tətbiq edilir.
