“Standartlaşdırma haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin 1-ci hissəsinin 24-cü bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
Maddə 1. “Standartlaşdırma haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1997, № 2, maddə 92; 2001, № 11, maddə 683; 2004, № 2, maddə 57, № 10, maddə 761; 2007, № 10, maddə 938; 2009, № 12, maddə 948; 2014, № 10, maddə 1166; 2017, № 6, maddə 1025) 6-cı maddəsinin ikinci hissəsinin birinci abzasına aşağıdakı məzmunda ikinci cümlə əlavə edilsin:
“Ərzaq məhsulları üçün dövlət standartları yalnız tövsiyə olunan tələbləri müəyyənləşdirir və həmin dövlət standartlarının tətbiqi könüllü xarakter daşıyır.”.
Maddə 2. Bu Qanun 2018-ci il iyulun 1-dən qüvvəyə minir.
