R.Y.Rzayevin Azərbaycan Respublikası Ali Məhkəməsinin hakimi təyin edilməsi haqqında
Azərbaycan Respublikası Milli Məclisinin QƏRARI
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 95-ci maddəsinin I hissəsinin 10-cu bəndinə, 131-ci maddəsinin II hissəsinə və “Məhkəmələr və hakimlər haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun 94-cü maddəsinin II hissəsinə və 96-cı maddəsinə uyğun olaraq, Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin təqdimatına əsasən Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi qərara alır:
1. 2018-ci il fevralın 25-də səlahiyyət müddəti bitən Ramiz Yaqub oğlu Rzayev Azərbaycan Respublikası Ali Məhkəməsinin hakimi təyin edilsin.
2. Bu Qərar 2018-ci il fevralın 25-dən qüvvəyə minir.
