“İstehsalat və məişət tullantıları haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişiklik edilməsi barədə
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunu
Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 11-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “İstehsalat və məişət tullantıları haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununu Azərbaycan Respublikasının İnzibati Xətalar Məcəlləsinə uyğunlaşdırmaq məqsədi ilə qərara alır:
“İstehsalat və məişət tullantıları haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1998, № 10, maddə 606; 2002, № 4, I kitab, maddə 165; 2007, № 7, maddə 709, № 10, maddə 938; 2008, № 6, maddə 460; 2012, № 7, maddə 648; 2017, № 6, maddə 1017) 12-ci maddəsinin ikinci hissəsindən “(şəhər rayonları istisna olmaqla)” sözləri çıxarılsın.
