Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin Fərmanı
Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 109-cu maddəsinin 32-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq, “Azərbaycan Respublikası Dövlət Təhlükəsizliyi Xidmətinin fəaliyyətinin təmin edilməsi haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2016-cı il 13 yanvar tarixli 724 nömrəli Fərmanına uyğun olaraq qərara alıram:
Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2010-cu il 24 may tarixli 274 nömrəli Fərmanı (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 2010, № 5, maddə 403, № 7, maddə 619; 2012, № 5, maddə 422, № 12, maddə 1233; 2014, № 5, maddə 483; 2016, № 9, maddə 1476) ilə təsdiq edilmiş “Xüsusi təyinatlı təhsil müəssisələrinin siyahısı”nın 2-ci hissəsində “Milli Təhlükəsizlik Nazirliyinin” sözləri “Dövlət Təhlükəsizliyi Xidmətinin” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
