“Terrorçuluğa qarşı mübarizə haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanununda dəyişikliklər edilməsi barədə

Azərbaycan Respublikasının Milli Məclisi Azərbaycan Respublikası Konstitusiyasının 94-cü maddəsinin I hissəsinin 20-ci bəndini rəhbər tutaraq qərara alır:
“Terrorçuluğa qarşı mübarizə haqqında” Azərbaycan Respublikası Qanununun (Azərbaycan Respublikasının Qanunvericilik Toplusu, 1999-cu il, № 8, maddə 475; 2001-ci il, № 11, maddə 676; 2002-ci il, № 5, maddə 258; 2004-cü il, № 3, maddə 133; 2005-ci il, № 10, maddə 871; 2009-cu il, № 2, maddə 46; 2010-cu il, № 3, maddə 178) 1-ci maddəsinin 11-ci abzasında “214,” rəqəmlərindən sonra “214-2, 214-3,” rəqəmləri, “219-1,” rəqəmlərindən sonra“226, 227,” rəqəmləri əlavə edilsin, “və 282-ci” sözləri “, 282 və 283-1-ci” sözləri ilə əvəz edilsin.
