I have been deeply saddened by the news that your fellow countrymen were killed in a passenger plane crash in Colombia.
On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I extend my deep condolences to you, families and the loved ones of those who died, and the whole people of Brazil, and wish the injured swiftest recovery.
