Правила повышения энергетической эффективности и экономии энергетических ресурсов утвердил Азербайджан
Кабинет министров Азербайджана решением №73 от 11 марта утвердил Правила энергетической эффективности объектов строительства и экономии энергетических ресурсов.
Правила применяются к строениям, являющимся культурными и историческими памятниками, индивидуальным домам высотой до трёх этажей, а также к объектам, не требующим разрешения на строительство. При этом измеряется общая потеря энергии зданиями, показатели эффективности при эксплуатации, класс энергетической эффективности; составляется энергетический паспорт зданий. Правила также предусматривают проведение энергетического аудита и проектов повышения энергетической эффективности.
